A Mother's Blessing, is a ceremony that celebrates pregnancy and the passage into motherhood. The expectant mother is supported, nurtured and empowered by her closest friends gathering.
Mother’s Blessing é um circulo para homenagear a mulher gravida e a sua jornada na maternidade, é um momento único para a mulher se sentir nutrida, e apoiada.
Blessingway ceremonies are a beautiful and unique way to honour a mother-to-be, spending time with her to give her confidence and strength.Pode ser feito desde do 2 trimestre de gravidez até umas semanas antes do parto.
Organizo este Ritual para ti, na tua casa ou num espaço de natureza.
Inclui um lanche doce e/ou salgado feito por mim, e a facilitação dum circulo de benções com várias práticas como:
um portal de honra para acolher a gravida,
um escalda pés e massagem das mãos, pés e cabeça,
a realização dum colar/pulseira de desejos com pérolas ou pendente escolhido por cada participante antecipadamente,
a pintura coletiva da barriga da gestante,
uma roda de poemas/partilhas para dar força a mulher gestante,
e muito mais, para honrar a mulher que torna se mãe e o seu bebé.
